Returns & Exchange Policy

At Holmaie, all of our products are made-to-order, meaning they are uniquely created specifically for you as soon as you place an order. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.


We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions and use the provided sizing guides before completing their purchase to ensure the best fit and experience.


However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, we absolutely want to make it right. In such cases, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include clear photos of the product and a description of the problem. Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement at no extra cost to you.


Please note that since we operate on a print-on-demand basis, returns sent to our fulfillment centers without prior approval will not be accepted and may be discarded.
